The Swiss Navigation Act stipulates that all boats that can be propelled by motor or sail must be registered with the respective cantonal navigation office.

To do this, you need the declaration of conformity (which is included with the owner's manual) and proof of customs clearance. For mail orders, you will automatically receive the customs clearance certificate from our forwarding agent; for self-imports, you must obtain the customs clearance certificate at the border.
